Eat healthy Mexican food, practice yoga, pranayama and meditation; enjoy spa treatments and sunny beach days.

You will have plenty of time to Tour and Explore the Mayan Ruins; Swim in Natural Caves ("Cenotes"); Try Paddle Boarding; Enjoy Beach Days and Beach Walks; Spa Treatments; Read; Move Slow or do anything that makes you HAPPY.

Saturday 7/1

6pm -- Welcoming group meeting and meditation

7 - 9pm -- Dinner Included

Sunday 7/2 Thru Friday 7/7

7:30am -- Pranayama Session

8 - 9am -- Invigorating Yoga Session
10am - 5pm -- Your Free Time for Spa, Excursions, Tour Town, Shopping, Beach,  

5 - 6pm -- Yoga Session

Saturday 7/8

7:30am --  Pranayama Session

8 - 9am -- Invigorating Yoga Session

8a-10a -- Breakfast Included

12.30pm -- Checkout & Departure

Buffet hours are between 8:00-10:00am (Breakfast), 1:00-3:00pm (Lunch) and 7:00- 9:00 pm (Dinner)
