I have been blessed to serve and support pregnant women find space and comfort during their pregnancy and during labor.
It has been my honor to witness the strength women have and develop during gestation. A magical experience and a gift of the universe, to presence and welcome the arrival of beautiful angels to the world.

Doula:
A doula provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to a mother before, during and shortly after childbirth to help her achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.
When is the right time to start?
Ideally we should start Prenatal Yoga Practice since early in your pregnancy, and become your Doula. There is a great value work together during expectancy weeks which allows me to help you get stronger, and ready for birthing. It also allows us to get connected, learn from each other, you and your baby would more feel more comfortable having me around.

Prenatal Yoga is recommended to start at second trimester or week 13 (for the new to Yoga practitioners). And only after doctor's approval.

Doula interview and connection should be at least around week 30th.
